P.H. Brisas del Lago

P.H. Brisas del Lago is a gated community of two-story townhomes in Las Cumbres, the foothill corregimiento at the northern edge of Panama City. Completed around 2012 and organized under Panama's Propiedad Horizontal regime, it runs to roughly 208 row homes — a full neighborhood of houses, not a residential tower.

The typical home is a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath layout on a lot of about 100 m² and up, behind a gatehouse with controlled access and security.

Las Cumbres sits higher and cooler than the central city, and it is above all a corregimiento of Panamanian families who own the homes they live in. Brisas del Lago fits that character: entry-level family housing, a first home to settle into rather than an investor product.
