P.H. Breeze is a residential tower on Avenida Centenario in Costa del Este, the planned district east of the city centre. It rises 42 floors, holds 50 apartments and was completed in 2010.

Fifty owners is a small group for a tower that tall. The monthly fee, every repair and every assembly vote are shared among fifty households, and quorum is a short list of doors.

Building guides put the apartments between 215 and 240 m², a range with no small unit in it. Sales listings for the building describe two pools, a gym, an events room, a children's play area and a recycling point on site — none of it carried on the title, and no developer is on record for the tower.

Costa del Este was raised on made ground, mangrove and Panama Canal spoil turned into buildable land across a scheme of 310 hectares. Avenida Centenario, named for Panama's centenary, runs through it to meet the Corredor Sur, the road to downtown and to the airport.
