P.H. Astoria

P.H. Astoria stands on Calle Enrique Genzier — still signed as Calle I — in El Cangrejo, close enough to Vía España and the Vía Transístmica to reach either quickly. It rises 31 floors and was finished in 2008.

Sales material for the building spreads the shared space over three levels: an entertainment room, a table-games room and a street-level park with gardens and a gazebo; a party room with terrace, an administration office and a squash court on the mezzanine; and higher up, covered and open terraces with a gym, an infinity pool for adults, a children's pool, a jacuzzi, a play area and a barbecue bar.

Every title in the tower is an apartment, 53 in all. There is no commercial premises in the cost split and no separately titled common area, which means the maintenance budget for all of that shared space, and every vote at the assembly, belongs to 53 homes.
