Santa María
P.H. Alma is a boutique cluster of 18 apartments over 12 floors inside the gates of Santa María, the suburban golf community in Juan Díaz, Panama City. Formally a sub-development of P.H. Originario Residencial Santa María — the master property that organizes the enclave — it comes with everything behind the perimeter: 24/7 security, an 18-hole Nicklaus Design golf course, a private country club, and Tocumen airport about ten minutes away via the Corredor.
It is also recently delivered: apartment titles were first registered in October 2023, with registrations continuing through 2024. Development is attributed to Ingeniería R-M, a Panamanian construction firm building since 1974, and the finish shows in the details — more than 320 oak-veneer doors with matte-black hardware across the project. A low-density option for families who want the golf-community pace.
