P.H. ALLURE at the Park

P.H. ALLURE at the Park rises 55 floors and 185 metres at Calle Colombia and Calle 44 Este, a block off Avenida Balboa and behind Parque Urraca, whose pedestrian bridge crosses the avenue to the Cinta Costera. The smooth, elliptical facade is a recognized feature of the block, and Emporium Developers delivered the tower in 2011.

Of the 207 registered units, 202 are apartments. The rest is three commercial premises, one common-area title and the building's own title. Commercial neighbours at the same address change the building's traffic, the hours it keeps and how the maintenance budget is divided among owners.

A building guide puts unit sizes from 128 m² one-bedrooms to a 763 m² penthouse, so the owners voting in one assembly hold very different homes. The pool is the only amenity on file; the same guide adds an infinity pool, squash and racquetball courts, putting greens, a party hall with an ocean-view bar, a gym, a business centre, five high-speed elevators and backup generators.
