P.H. ACQUA II

P.H. ACQUA II rises 47 floors on Avenida Paseo del Mar, the boulevard that runs along Costa del Este's waterfront. Grupo Provivienda delivered the tower in 2016, and 78 apartments are registered under it.

Units on the ocean side face the bay directly. In a tower of this height that difference is permanent: two apartments with the same layout can look at open water or at the blocks behind, and which one a unit gets is decided by where it sits in the building, not by the listing that describes it. Apartments here were built large, roughly 299 to 428 m².

Grupo Provivienda is named as the developer, which puts a company behind the 2016 delivery. No list of common areas is attached to the file; sale material describes a tennis court, a pool, a children's playground, a gym and a party and meeting room. Since 2016 the lifts, the facade and the shared systems of a 47-floor tower have been the responsibility of its 78 apartment owners.
