Oceana Residences & Skyhomes rises 30 floors on a single tower in Santa María, in the corregimiento of Juan Díaz. Construction is still under way, with 2026 on file as the completion year, and Grupo Los Pueblos (GLP) is the developer behind it.
Seventy-two apartments hold their own title today. The summary count for the project is 178 units, and the two figures do not reconcile: alongside the 72 apartments the address carries sixty-six parent titles that individual homes are carved out of, plus common-area, parking and untyped entries. The 72 with a title of their own are the apartments that exist as separate property now.
The name is not exclusive to this filing. Titles linked here also run under Ocean Reef Islands, Almar, Alvan, Montecarlo Ocean View, Seascape, Skyhomes and Sunset Terrace Residences, so an apartment sold as Oceana can carry a different project name on its title.
