Ocean House

Ocean House stands in Santa María, in the corregimiento of Juan Díaz, and was finished in 2023. Grupo Los Pueblos built it as two towers, and all 183 registered units carry an apartment title under the name P.H. OCEAN HOUSE. The 16 floors measure one tower rather than the pair, so an apartment sold here as high-floor is high inside its own tower.

The same title also covers one commercial premises and two land titles. A commercial neighbour inside a building changes its traffic and the hours it stays awake, and it puts a business into the same maintenance budget as the homes.

The recorded common areas run to a pool, a gym, a rooftop, a sports court, a pet spa, a social area, a wine area and security. Sales material gives those entries their shape: the gym sits on the roof facing the ocean, the sports court is a paddle tennis court, the wine area is a deck, the pool is a lap pool, and the pet spa is a grooming room, with a yoga deck, a co-work space and a kids club alongside them. It is an amenity set that the 183 apartments both use and pay to keep running.
