Oasis on the Bay

Oasis on the Bay rises 67 floors on the Punta Pacífica waterfront, delivered in 2012 by Empresas Bern. It is one structure with no tower division, so a floor number in a listing means the same thing anywhere in the building.

All 234 registered units are apartments. Nothing commercial sits under the same roof, and the common areas fall to those 234 owners and to no one else. A pool is the shared facility on file.

The tower stands next to The Ocean Club, the building Punta Pacífica still calls Trump Ocean Club, with Multiplaza and Punta Pacífica Hospital along the same stretch. Apartments were finished in porcelain floor and wall tile, granite kitchen counters, and imported bathroom fixtures with tempered-glass shower enclosures.

The apartment floors were built at 92 and 96 m², the penthouses at 224 and 285 m². Below penthouse level two listings in this building are close to the same size, so the floor, the layout and what the windows face are what separate them. Five lifts serve the 67 floors.
