Mystic Point

Mystic Point is a matched pair — Tower 100 and Tower 200, two identical towers rising from a shared podium of parking and social areas — designed by the Panamanian firm Pinzón Lozano & Asociados and completed in 2006. At 42 floors and roughly 155 meters, it was among the first high-rises to go up in Punta Pacífica, ranking around the eighth-tallest building in Panama at the time, back when the district was only beginning to fill in along the water. The complex sits on the peninsula's reclaimed shoreline with direct access to the Corredor Sur, the elevated coastal highway that traces the district's edge, and a short reach to Hospital Punta Pacífica, the neighborhood's best-known institutional anchor. Across its two towers, Mystic Point holds 122 apartments and shared amenities that include a party room, sauna, children's playground, and 24-hour security. It reads as an early, deliberate piece of the skyline that has since filled in densely around it.
