Mini Design House

Mini Design House rises 15 floors on Calle 57 Este in Obarrio, in the corregimiento of Bella Vista, completed in 2025. It holds 136 registered apartments in a single tower, marked in the record only by the letter L, along with one commercial premises and the building's own title over the shared parts. Commercial neighbours on the ground floor change a building's traffic, its hours and the way the maintenance budget is split.

The apartments run from 24 to 51 m², and Pacifica Metro Living is named as developer on the project's own site. A separate listing markets them as designed for short-term rental on digital platforms, without naming one. Where apartments are used that way, the people next door change often.

A business centre and a coworking area serve the building, and the rooftop carries an infinity pool and a solarium.
