Marina Park rises 30 floors in La Cresta, the pocket of Bella Vista with Parque Urracá one block east and the Santo Tomás metro station a few blocks to the south-west. Its street is drawn two ways. The footprint appears on Calle 43 under the name P.H. Marina Park Tower, while a reverse lookup of the same coordinates returns Calle 44.

Forty-eight registered units sit inside that height, 47 of them apartments, with a social area as the one shared space on file. The completion year and the developer are not confirmed for this building.

The apartments are large. A listing inside the tower puts a three-bedroom at 203.80 m², with a pool, a gym and an event hall in that social area, round-the-clock security and views over the Pacific and Parque Urracá.

Forty-seven apartments makes for a compact ownership group. The monthly fee, the repairs and every vote at the owners' assembly are carried by those households rather than by several hundred, so each one holds a visible share of what the building spends and decides.
