Luxor Towers is two towers — Torre 100 and Torre 200 — registered together as one complex in El Cangrejo, in the corregimiento of Bella Vista. Pacific Hills delivered it in 2006. The 152 apartments belong to the pair as a whole, and one common area is titled to the complex rather than to either tower.

The 33-floor height measures one tower. A listing that calls a unit here high-floor is describing the tower that unit sits in.

Listings for the two towers record swimming pools for adults and children, a gym, a sauna and a jacuzzi, a games room, a children's playground, a sky lounge, a sun deck and a barbecue area, with 24-hour security, controlled access and visitor parking. Other buildings in El Cangrejo carry the Luxor name as well — a 46-floor Luxor 400, already delivered, and a Luxor 500 still in pre-construction — so a listing headed only "Luxor" may stand somewhere else.

The ownership base is settled — fees, repairs and every assembly vote run across all 152 apartments at once, so the common areas answer to a group that size rather than to one building's worth of neighbours.
