JW Marriott Panama

JW Marriott Panama is a 70-story mixed-use tower at the tip of the Punta Pacífica peninsula, on Calle Punta Colón, where a five-star hotel, hotel-condominiums, and private residences share one waterfront address. Its sail-shaped silhouette is a landmark on the skyline, and at 284.4 meters it was the tallest building in Panama — and in Central America — when it opened.

It opened in 2011 as the Trump Ocean Club, was later renamed The Bahia Grand Panama, and took the JW Marriott flag in 2018 — so you'll still hear it called TOC or JW Marriott Residences. Designed by the Colombian firm Arias-Serna-Saravia, it was originally developed by Roger Khafif's K Group and is now owned by Ithaca Capital Partners and operated by Marriott International.

The tower holds 369 hotel-condominium units and 628 residential condos, so an apartment here comes with hotel-grade service: spa, pools, gym, cinema, business center, concierge, casino, and a yacht pier.
