Jardines de Costa del Este is a three-building complex — Edif A, Edif B and Edif C — holding 139 registered units, every one of them an apartment. The three blocks are governed as one property, so the same 139 owners fund and vote on whatever happens in any of them. Five floors is the height of a single block, so a floor number quoted in a listing here describes one of the three buildings rather than a position in a tower.

The name and the address point at two different places. Costa del Este is the barrio on file, the corregimiento is Parque Lefevre, and the coordinate held for the complex lands on Avenida Centenario, in the Puente del Rey section of Parque Lefevre; Costa del Este proper is usually described as inside Juan Díaz. A shortlist built on the neighbourhood name and one built on the map pin will not land on the same ground.

Alongside the 139 apartments, one land parcel and two units with no type on file also belong to the complex. The delivery year and the developer aren't confirmed.
