Empire Residences Panamá
Santa María
Empire Residences Panamá rises 48 floors inside the Santa María Golf & Country Club, a 284-hectare community about fifteen minutes from the city centre, facing a golf course laid out by Nicklaus Design. Construction finished in 2024, with SBA Group as developer.
Eighty of the 81 registered units are apartments; the remaining title is land. The monthly fee, the repairs and every assembly vote are shared among eighty owners rather than several hundred.
Sales material describes half-floor residences of 322 m² to 368 m², two to a floor, with floor-to-ceiling glass and a balcony, and four lifts serving the tower, one of them a large service lift. Each residence is entered through its own private lobby, so arriving on a floor does not mean sharing a landing with a neighbour. SBA Group's project page lists a gym, a pool, social areas and a children's playroom.

We read the public registry so you don't have to. Leave your email for the occasional market note: what's trading in Santa María and across Panama City, and nothing else.
