Element Tower

Element Tower rises 37 floors on Avenida Balboa at Calle 31 Este, in Calidonia, facing the Cinta Costera. It has stood finished and occupied since 2010, and no developer is confirmed for it.

Sixty-one apartments hold individual title inside the tower. A group that size funds the common areas and decides their upkeep by its own vote — 61 owners, rather than several hundred.

Those apartments run from about 104 to 122 square metres, and each one carries a terrace with a jacuzzi built into it. From the living room and the main bedroom the view opens onto the Pacific with nothing built in front.

The shared space is large for 61 homes: an infinity pool over the bay, a second semi-private pool with cabanas, a squash court, a gym, a spa with sauna and steam room, yoga space, meditation gardens and a sun terrace. That count also sets the limit of what there is to compare. Inside Element Tower the closest reference for one apartment is another of the 61: same age, same building, same rules.
