El Doral (Costa Sur)

El Doral is a community of individual houses in Costa Sur, in the corregimiento of Juan Díaz, built by Grupo Shahani. Acobir lists the project company behind it as Desarrollo Los Alcazares, S.A.

Grupo Shahani describes two-level single-family homes with colonial-style facades, a paved entry court and a double-height entrance hall, and publishes a house model of 351 m² with four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a studio, a service room, two parking spaces and a storage room. The social area runs to a clubhouse with spa, jacuzzi and gym, a party room, pools for children and adults, a gazebo with a barbecue bar and a tennis court; Acobir adds a pet park and guarded access around the clock. A home here is a house on its own lot, so the shared budget covers grounds, gate and club rather than lifts and a lobby.

Sixty registered titles link to the development and none of them carries a unit type, so the number of houses is not fixed. Delivery year is not confirmed either. El Doral sits inside the wider Costa Sur area of Don Bosco, alongside Costa Sur Village, Villa Valencia Costa Sur and Grupo Shahani's own Sunset Coast, with Centro Comercial Costa Sur close by and the Corredor Sur the road into the city.
