Deluxe Residences

Deluxe Residences rises ten floors on Calle Winston Churchill in Punta Paitilla and holds 77 registered units, every one of them an apartment. Pacific Hills developed it and the building was finished in 2018, so both the company behind the construction and the building's exact age are on file.

The developer lists two layouts, at 177 m² and 307 m², with three and four bedrooms, two parking spaces each and ceilings of about three metres clear. Three lifts serve the building, and the shared level holds adult and children's pools, a jacuzzi, a steam room, a sauna, an equipped gym, an owners' lounge and a party room.

Seventy-seven is also the size of the ownership group. The monthly fee, the repairs and every assembly vote are shared among 77 apartment owners rather than among a few hundred, and that same 77 carries the three lifts, the pools and the gym.
