Costamare
Costa Sur
Costamare is a residential complex in Costa Sur, in the corregimiento of Juan Díaz, finished in 2016 by Grupo Resende. It holds 359 registered units, every one of them typed as an apartment, alongside two common-area titles.
The registered height is three floors, and no unit carries a tower label, so what stands here is low-rise construction spread across a site. The project's own material puts that site at 72,000 m², with 30,000 m² given over to green and recreation areas — the room that lets 359 apartments sit only three floors up. Mapping data puts the complex on the Calle Los Colegios side of Costa Sur, off Calle Don Bosco, and the titles run under two spellings of the same name, Costamare and P.H. Residencial Costamare.
With 359 apartments, the monthly fee, the repairs and every assembly vote are shared among 359 owners, and any decision about the complex has to move through a group that size.
Banesco's project page describes tennis courts, a gymnasium, walking trails, a football field, a social area and pools for children and adults, and puts the apartments between 99 and 167 m². A listing for one of the buildings adds a paddle court, an event hall and a barbecue area. That is sales material. Of those lists, only the tennis courts are confirmed as the complex's own.
