Clayton Tower
Clayton
Clayton Tower is a two-tower low-rise on Avenida Muir in Clayton, Ancón, finished in 2005. Torre 1 and Torre 2 each stand five levels, and 30 apartments are registered across the pair.
Five levels keeps the building under the tree line. It sits inside a canal reserve area, so a window here looks at the reserve rather than at another façade, with views toward the Miraflores locks and Clayton Park.
Thirty apartments is a small ownership group. The monthly fee, the repairs and every assembly vote are shared among thirty owners rather than a few hundred.
