Casa Bianca rises four floors on Avenida Paseo del Mar in Costa del Este, directly across from Town Center. Empresas Bern developed it, and construction finished in 2021.
Thirty-three apartments make up the building. That number is also the size of the group that runs it: the monthly fee, every repair and every vote at an owners' assembly are divided among 33 households rather than several hundred, and one owner's position is a visible share of any decision.
Parking, a social area and security are the shared facilities on record. A short common-area list is a short list of things the building has to fund, staff and maintain each year.
