Albrook Gardens

Albrook Gardens is a community of houses at the entrance of Clayton, on Avenida Demetrio Basilio Lakas, in the corregimiento of Ancón. It was completed in 2002, and its houses were built to three models.

Of the 215 titles attached to it, one hundred and thirty-four are houses and nine are land parcels; fourteen are community titles, two cover the development as a whole and fifty-six carry no type at all. None of them is an apartment. What changes hands here is a house. Two figures on the main entry — a height of 14 floors and a count of 116 units — read like a tower's and match nothing in the titles themselves.

The community's own site lists two recreational parks, one with a gazebo and one for children, a sports area for football and basketball, a multipurpose hall and a gym. Those are shared property, so every house in Albrook Gardens carries a share of running them.
