PH Coco Place

PH Coco Place was delivered in 2019 in Loma Alegre, on Calle Esther Neira de Calvo, nine floors holding 118 registered apartments. Grupo Los Pueblos developed it, which puts a named company behind the hand-over.

Whatever the shared areas cost to run — and they aren't itemised for this building — that cost is divided among 118 apartments, a group large enough that no single owner carries much of the monthly fee and no single owner swings much of an assembly vote.

The developer's plans describe two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments from 79 square metres, reached by open corridors that look down into a central atrium running the full height of the building and lit from above. A co-working area sits at the foot of that atrium, and the roof carries a pool, a sauna, a barbecue area, an event room, a gym and a yoga space.
