What we collect
When you use lakilé we may collect your email and the preferences you enter — budget, neighborhoods, timeline — plus your purchase details if you buy a report, and basic anonymized usage data to improve the site. Separately, we analyze public property records from Panama's registro público to power our market analysis.
How we use it
Only for what we collected it for: matching you to buildings, delivering reports, running your account, and improving the product. We don't share your data with brokers, lenders, or marketing companies. We rely on standard service providers — hosting, email, payments — under data-protection agreements, some based outside Panama.
Your rights
Under Panama's data protection law (Ley 81 de 2019) you can ask us to access, correct, delete, export, or stop using your personal data. Write to privacidad@lakile.ai from your registered email and we'll respond within 10 business days. If you're not satisfied, you can also contact Panama's data protection authority, ANTAI.
Cookies and security
We use first-party storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences, and Google Analytics — a measurement service from Google — to understand how the site performs. The analytics cookies are first-party. Google Analytics doesn't store your IP address. We don't use it for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can opt out anytime with Google's browser add-on. We protect your data with encryption and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; if an incident affects your data, we'll let you know.
A note on our reports
lakilé reports are information tools — not appraisals, legal advice, or investment advice. The decisions you make with them are yours.
Terms of use (beta)
lakilé is in beta. Please use it lawfully and in good faith: don't scrape, copy, or redistribute our data without permission, don't try to bypass our security or access controls, and don't misrepresent our data. We may suspend access if these are broken. Full terms will follow with our public launch.
