PH Destiny

PH Destiny rises 51 floors on Avenida Balboa in Calidonia, barrio and corregimiento alike, completed in 2007. It stands 182 metres tall, and the pool sits at the very top, on the 51st floor.

Of the 206 registered units, 200 are apartments. Alongside them, five commercial premises and one unit left without a type sit under the same title, which is why the unit count and the apartment count are different numbers here. Commercial neighbours at street level set the building's hours and the traffic through it, and their titleholders vote on the same shared budget as the residents.

The building's name is filed under two spellings, so the same tower can turn up twice in a search.

Eight parking levels, a gym on the 27th floor and squash and racquetball courts fill out the rest of the shared space, each one a standing cost the 200 apartments and the five commercial premises fund together.
