Bayside Tower rises 31 floors on Calle Winston Churchill, out where the Punta Paitilla peninsula runs into the Pacific. It holds 27 apartments. Fewer homes than floors points to large plates, and it means the monthly fee, the repairs and every assembly vote are shared among 27 owners rather than a few hundred.

The tower has stood since 1994, and a building that old carries a long chain of transfers behind each apartment — public record, all of it. Sale listings here describe apartments of 531 to 540 m² that take a whole floor and open onto their own private lobby, with views across the bay, the Cinta Costera, Casco Viejo and the canal entrance. That is listing copy, and the registry neither confirms nor contradicts it.

The same listings put two passenger lifts and a service lift in the building, and a social floor holding adult and children's pools, a gym, a barbecue area, a children's game room and a party room. A developer is not confirmed for Bayside Tower. Around it is Paitilla: the Multicentro and Bal Harbour retail centres, and an oceanfront neighbourhood park.
