PH V. Pacífica stands on Calle Tercera in Río Abajo, with 2025 as its year of completion. Altamar Developments is the developer, and the same firm lists the project on its own site under another name, Vista Pacífica, and shows it as delivered. The same building therefore circulates under two names.

One hundred and fifty-four units are registered and all 154 are apartments; one further entry carries no unit type. Every registered unit here is a home, which means nothing commercial shares the entrance or the maintenance budget. A business centre and a cinema are the shared facilities on file. No floor count is recorded.

Altamar's own project page adds a pool and social area, a gym, a children's playground, terraces facing the city, a gate guarded around the clock, and parking set aside for visitors as well as residents. None of that reaches the file.

Río Abajo grew up around the river it is named for, settled in the early twentieth century by West Indian workers from the Panama Canal. The wooden houses in the Antillean manner that once filled it have largely given way to newer construction. The corregimiento borders Parque Lefevre, Pueblo Nuevo, Juan Díaz and the district of San Miguelito.
