PH Prestige A

PH Prestige A is a four-level building in Villa Dora, developed by Inversiones Green Point, with its first sales in 1997. It holds 16 registered units, and the count reconciles cleanly: 12 apartments across the three upper floors, four to a level, plus four commercial premises at street level.

Those four premises shape how the building runs. Their owners sit in the same assembly as the twelve households, share the entrance and the façade, and carry a share of the roof. Ground-floor commerce also sets the daytime traffic through the lobby and the hours the building keeps, which a purely residential block of twelve homes does not have to absorb.

The name also travels: PH Prestige Bella Vista is a separate residential tower, by a different developer in a different corregimiento, so a search on 'Prestige' returns buildings that share the word and nothing else.
