PH Madeira
Panamá Pacífico
PH Madeira is a finished residential complex in Panamá Pacífico, corregimiento of Veracruz, delivered in 2015. Its 84 registered apartments are split between two towers, Torre A and Torre B, and each unit carries its tower as part of its identification. London & Regional Panama developed it.
The height of 6 floors describes a tower, not the complex. Because both towers sit under one shared arrangement, the maintenance budget and the assembly cover the two buildings together, with 84 households deciding for both. The project description, which matches the structure and the count on record, puts the apartments at 64 to 128 m² in one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts, with three lifts and a double-height lobby.
Madeira sits in Woodlands, the residential district of Panamá Pacífico, the master-planned development laid out on the former Howard air base in Arraiján. Common areas described for the project, none of them part of the registered detail, are a pool, a children's play area, a gazebo with barbecue, landscaped grounds with mountain views, a party room, a gym and a games room.
