PH Joy Tower

PH Joy Tower is a 35-floor tower in San Francisco, completed in 2009 and holding 60 apartments.

The shared facilities described for the building are extensive: an air-conditioned lobby with a concierge desk, an infinity pool, a gym, an event room, a children's play area and a multi-sports court, with a coworking space planned. Units run to roughly 214 m², with three bedrooms and a separate maid's room off the kitchen.

Each of those facilities carries a running cost, and 60 apartments cover the lot. A concierge desk is payroll. A pool and a sports court are maintenance. The assembly that sets the monthly fee and approves the works is a room of 60 owners.
