P.H. Mystic Hills is a gated residential complex of several blocks in José Domingo Espinar, San Miguelito, developed by Mystic Tower S.A. and completed in 2014. Its taller Torre 400 and Torre 500 joined an earlier group of blocks from 2008.

The complex holds 480 apartments, mostly two- and three-bedroom units of about 50 to 90 m², with commercial premises on the ground floor. Access is gated with 24-hour security, and the shared facilities include a pool, a barbecue area and a sports court.
