P.H. Marquis Tower

P.H. Marquis Tower rises 32 floors on Calle Eusebio A. Morales in El Cangrejo, corregimiento of Bella Vista, and was finished in 2008. It holds 112 apartments. The Veneto hotel and casino stands on the same street.

Four commercial premises sit inside the same building. Commercial neighbours change the traffic a building sees and the hours it keeps, and they change how the maintenance budget is divided. One further registered unit is typed as a house and two carry no type at all — entries that stand alongside the building's classification as apartments without ever being reconciled to it.

Security and a social area are the amenities the building carries on its own record. Everything else comes from a Panama brokerage profile, which names Procasa as the builder and describes floor plans from 82 m² to 160 m², a rooftop pool with a sun deck, a fully equipped gym, a party room, covered and visitor parking, and 24-hour security backed by video surveillance.
