P.H. ÁTHAS

P.H. ÁTHAS rises 33 floors on Avenida La Pulida in Pueblo Nuevo, a short distance from Avenida 12 de Octubre. Haus Panama delivered it in 2020, and it holds 300 registered units, all of them apartments. The name is filed in two spellings, P.H. ATHAS and P.H. ÁTHAS, so the same building turns up under both.

Alongside the apartments sit five commercial premises, a land title, the building's own title and three more that carry no type at all. Ground-floor commercial neighbours change a building's traffic and the hours it keeps, and they change how the maintenance budget is divided. With 300 apartments in the count, that budget and every assembly vote are spread across a large ownership group.

A playground is the only shared facility on file. Haus Panama's own project page lists a pool, a children's area, a games room, a gym, a party hall and a pet area, and gives apartments from 60 m² in two- and three-bedroom layouts.

The national press has reported a section of facade coming away from the upper levels and landing on a parked car below, with no one hurt.
