Los Libertadores is a government-built social housing complex on Avenida Ricardo J. Alfaro, known as Tumba Muerto, in the corregimiento of Bethania. The Instituto de Vivienda y Urbanismo (IVU) completed it in 1976 as part of a public housing program, using prefabricated construction.

It is a complex of several towers rather than a single tower, with Torre H and Torre Z among them, and it holds 863 apartments. The complex later went through rehabilitation under the Recuperando mi Barrio program.

On the Tumba Muerto corridor, Los Libertadores is part of the city's public housing history, with 863 apartments.
